Introduction to the Defence Office for Small Business Growth

During this live webinar with the Defence Office for Small Business Growth (OfSBG), we were delighted to welcome John Kite, Deputy Head, OfSBG, as he explained their new mechanisms and priorities of the office, as well as discussing how SMEs can engage directly with them.

The webinar helped attendees understand the journey that they have taken in setting up the office within the National Armaments Directorate, dedicated to supporting small British businesses to win more defence contracts. 

It was a perfect opportunity to appreciate the workings of this new team, whilst being able to engage directly with them to ask what is most important to your business.

John also talked through their roadmap for the next 12 months as they look to expand the impact of the office, with the aim of assisting in the government's drive to spend £2.5 billion more with SMEs.
