We have two payment schedule options for membership;

  • Bi-annual- £599 every 6 months
  • Annual - £999/year

Yes! You will be eligible to upgrade to membership for the differential in what you paid for access to DSEI and the annual membership fee.

Membership is on a rolling basis but has a 12 month minimum term.

Members are given access to our app which is our one stop shop to discover and book events, read exclusive content and expand your network.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to help with this.

Please escalate this to your IT department so they can greenlight the app for you. 

Please ensure that you've attempted to create your account before logging in.

Once you do this, you can then log in to the app.  

Also important: If you've installed the app before, please delete this from your phone completely and re-download it: 

  1. Download the DSEI Gateway app from your Apple App store or Google Play store. Important: If you've installed the app before, please delete this from your phone completely and re-download it. 
  2. Hit the 'Get Started' button 
  3. Click the 'No account? Create one' button to create a secure password attached to your App account. Please ensure you register with the email you registered for DSEI Gateway Membership with 
  4. You'll be sent a two-factor authentication code - this is to ensure the app is as secure as it can be with your personal details. Please enter this code in 
  5. Set a secure password as the final step
